Essential Responsibilities:
· Execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects.
· Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their hiring needs and job specifications.
· Create interview guidelines and educate hiring managers and interviewers on legally compliant practices.
· Compose job descriptions, determine salary range based on company practices, submit for review to leadership for approval.
· Post openings on relevant platforms and HRIS as requested.
· Identify candidates using many sources including cold calling, emails, web searches, job boards, referrals, industry associations,
computer databases, social media and other recruiting sources.
· Promote brand awareness through platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and company website.
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications and manage candidates throughout hiring process from interview to final offer
negotiation.
· Conduct interviews and utilize selection tools to filter candidates to hire talent with needed knowledge, skills, and abilities.
· Order and review preliminary reports and pre-employment screens
· Monitor and apply HR best practices in recruiting and onboarding
· Track recruitment metrics, analyze data and provide recruiting updates to relevant stakeholders.
· Be responsible for follow up with new hires at 30, 60, and 90 days into employment, communicate with stakeholders, and offer
solutions to provide superior onboarding and new hire experiences.
· Communicate with staffing agencies and assist in managing outsourced temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire recruiting
processes.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Hands on experience with Recruiting software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HRIS systems.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
· Proven experience in generating candidates utilizing multiple recruitment and sourcing techniques.
· Ability to manage recruitment and advance tactical and proactive project work simultaneously.
· Strong organizational skills and follow-up skills.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple positions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Recruiting and interviewing skills.
Compensation details: 68000-90000 Yearly Salary
