DAY TO DAY AS A RECRUITING MANAGERAs the Recruiter, you will shape the organization's success by implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include processing background screenings, collaborating with department managers on job descriptions, selecting qualified candidates, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will play a key role in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and making recommendations during the offer process. Additionally, you can participate in college job fairs, assist with training new hires, and maintain data integrity within our HR systems.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS RECRUITING MANAGER JOB?To excel as a Recruitment Manager, candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and negotiation tactics. The role requires the capability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various positions, demonstrating proactive initiative and outstanding time management skills to meet deadlines successfully. Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices is essential, as is proficiency in applicant-tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, and at least five years of recruitment and hiring process management experience is preferred. Additional certifications like HRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and prior work experience in an ABA company are advantageous.
