About the Role:

Reporting directly to the President and Managing Partner, this person will be a key member of the RMG team. This role has very high viability to clients as well as candidates and will be key in ensuring a seamless full-cycle recruitment process enabling the team to run with efficiency. This person will handle scheduling interviews, booking travel, checking and writing references, maintaining reports and CRM/ATS data, as well as other adhoc projects as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining weekly status reports for clients from start to finish of search with ability to provide KPI's on search progress.
  • Ensure data integrity in our ATS & CRM system with an ability to export reports.
  • Create recruiting agreements between company and its clients that include terms, job specification and commission information.
  • Creating files for each client as they are acquired, compiling data such as company information, competitors and press releases.
  • Organize and plan complex calendars inclusive of weekly client calls, team calls, client interviews and other scheduling.
  • Help to prepare and edit external facing client details with a heightened attention to detail for accuracy.
  • Ability to drive a seamless process for full cycle recruiting; collaborating with the internal recruiting team as well as external clients and candidates.
  • Perform reference checks on candidates and provide write-ups to client.
  • Edit resumes in preparation for candidate presentation and potential interview with client.
  • Responsible for coordinating weekly Recruiter job list meetings and preparing corresponding paperwork for such, in addition to setting up individuals on conference and videoconference call-ins.
  • Maintain and update interview schedules for Financial Executive Recruiters (team of 11) on a weekly basis as well as maintain company job list spreadsheet which summarizes current job openings with Recruiters' clients, and status of pipeline.
  • Calendar management and travel arrangements for company President, other Recruiters and potential candidates, involving airfare, hotel and ground transportation, as well as interview scheduling.
  • Collect travel expense receipts from candidates and process them for reimbursement; as well as reconcile and bill clients for travel expense charges made to company account.
  • Conduct other facility management responsibilities such as filing, record keeping, answering phones, ordering office supplies and troubleshooting technical equipment issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
