Join a premier hedge fund in New York City, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing talent acquisition processes. We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Operations Product Manager who will lead the reengineering of recruitment workflows, drive process improvements, and enhance the use of HR technology. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HRIS systems (Workday preferred), recruiting operations, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting Operations Management: Oversee and optimize recruiting processes, leveraging HRIS tools to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Process Reengineering: Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in recruitment workflows, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Product Management: Partner with HR, recruitment, and technology teams to enhance and manage recruitment platforms, particularly through product lifecycle development.
  • Data Visualization & Optimization: Analyze recruiting metrics, visualize data insights, and drive improvements in sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to align recruitment tools and strategies with business objectives.
  • Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of recruiting systems with broader HR technology, including automation and data optimization.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, process reengineering, and product management.
  • Strong expertise in HRIS systems, with Workday experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and the ability to optimize recruitment through data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in New York City.
