*This is a 6 month contract position *

JOB SUMMARY:

Subject matter expert for recruiting system users within the organization. Serves as recruiting technical point of contact for TA team members to ensure data integrity. Analyzes and reports on the data in the TA tech stack.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Act as subject matter expert to TA team members and support the TA team with complex Workday Recruiting system processes.
  • Provide TA team with TA tech stack user support as first point of contact; Own escalation and resolution of vendor-related issues
  • Analyze TA system processes and recommend enhancements in alignment with platform roadmap.
  • Represent TA's system and business process needs as a member of product implementation teams (ex: CRM)
  • Collaborate with HR Operations on system change requests, improvements, or special projects.
  • Identify, define, and create audits of TA system to ensure data accuracy, integrity maintenance, reporting and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to create, export and deliver custom and ad hoc reports from TA systems.
  • Develop, implement, schedule and train TA team members on TA tech stack functionality, which includes Workday Recruiting as well as multiple other software platforms and job boards.
  • Develop and maintain user procedures and job aids to be shared with system users and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years Recruiting or HRIS system experience, Workday experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting a team as a subject matter expert.
  • Proficient computer skills required including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
