- Partners with Nurse and Medical Recruiters to determine staffing needs and develop short and long-term objectives, goals, and recruitment strategies.
- Serves as support for recruitment of nursing and medical professional candidates.
- Coordinates initiatives with recruiting staff to establish and maintain unified recruitment processes.
- Ensures recruiting plans, strategies, and polices are consistent with established personnel policies and FDIHB, Inc. goals.
- Develops and maintains professional relations with applicants.
- Coordinates and participates in all onsite candidate visits.
- Conducts pre-screenings and evaluates applicant information.
- Implements established recruitment systems and processes with the support of recruiting department team members.
- Researches new products, technologies, and systems that may support more effective recruiting processes and provide feedback on research.
- Researches traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, and community network events.
- Serves as the subject matter expert for federal and state loan repayment programs for nursing and medical professionals.
- Utilizes information technology recruiting systems to track and communicate with potential candidates.
- Assists with developing internal and external advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Follows all established recruiting policies and procedures.
- Provides recruitment reports as requested.
- Ensures prospective job candidates are well supported throughout the application and hiring process.
- Promotes goodwill and a positive image of FDIHB, Inc.
- Completes all recruiting activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONSExperience:
- One (1) year of direct work experience in general Human Resources and Two (2) years of experience working with executive medical or nursing leadership in a healthcare setting.
Education:
- Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
