The Recruiting Supervisor will lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure the effective and efficient acquisition of top talent for the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes, providing guidance and support to recruiters, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The Recruiting Supervisor will ensure that recruiting practices align with the company's policies and goals while maintaining a high level of candidate experience and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Preferred previous data entry and accounts receivable/billing/collections experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.
- Strong decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Posess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise Recruitment Team:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals.
- Provide training and development opportunities to recruiters to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
Manage Recruitment Processes:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles within the company, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
- Ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with company objectives, including time-to-fill, diversity, and quality of hire.
- Monitor the effectiveness of recruiting methods and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Conduct interviews and assist recruiters in making hiring decisions.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define staffing needs and job specifications.
- Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and interview best practices.
- Act as a liaison between the recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and expectations.
Ensure Compliance and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and ethical recruiting practices.
- Ensure that all candidate information and hiring decisions are documented appropriately.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
- Recommend strategies for improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness based on data insights.
Recruitment Strategy and Sourcing:
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent.
- Leverage multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other sources to expand the talent pool.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and provide updates on hiring status.
