This support entails:Providing administrative support for the Dean's OfficeProviding support for undergraduate and graduate programs' marketing, recruitment, and enrollment effortsAssisting with event planning for the undergraduate and graduate programs and collegeType of RecruitmentKnowledge, skills and abilitiesWorking knowledge of PC-related software to include Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain databases, track recruiting activities, and generate monthly reports. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with other members of the college and community, displaying cultural competence as well as emotional intelligence. Ability to independently manage the workday in the field with minimal or no supervision.
