SHIFT: Full-Time, Days (On-Site and in the community)STARTING RATE: $20.00/hr. ($20.00 - $25.00/hr., depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Recruitment and Marketing Representative will assist with research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization, supporting facilities in their recruitment efforts and engagement/retention initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

+ Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.

+ Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

+ Assists with job posting and advertisement processes

+ Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers

+ Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials

+ Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers

+ Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details

+ Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

+ Attends and participates in community, college and facility sponsored job fairs and recruitment events

+ Travel's to all three of our locations as needed (Beacon, Fishkill, and Highland NY) including community events

+ Performs other duties as assigned

Travel is required for this position. Including but not limited to: all three facilities, colleges and universities, job fairs, community events, and networking opportunities
