We're currently partnered with a large Financial Services company in Fairfield County, CT on a Recruitment Associate search. We're looking for someone who ideally has come from an agency background and is looking to move in-house. The role is on-site 4 days a week and the base salary is $75-95K.

Description
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from intake with hiring managers to offer closure.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions and applications in ATS.
- Build a diverse, strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing, industry networking, and partnerships with professional organizations.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand team needs.
- Track and measure recruiting and hiring processes to ensure transparency and data accuracy in HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support ongoing HR initiatives, including diversity, candidate experience, and employee engagement.
Profile
- Agency recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or another business-related field required.
- 2+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with exposure to the financial servicesindustry.
- Experience recruiting across business units with the ability to foster strong client relationships and drive the recruiting process from kick off to the offer stage.
