As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, assists with the delivery of exceptional recruitment & onboarding services through an attentive \ red carpet\ approach. Description: Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruitment & onboarding activities & initiatives; Assists with guiding candidates through the application & interview process, personalizing the experience of each applicant; Prepares recruitment materials & posts jobs to applicant tracking system, appropriate job boards, platforms, & agencies; Communicates with internal & external candidates, providing instructions & responding to inquiries in a timely, clear, professional manner; Administers temporary staffing placements (order posting & fills, tracking hours, invoice processing, etc.); Responsible for the job description implementation/updates in the applicant tracking systems & shared drives; Provides back-up support to conduct phone screens & reference checks of candidates; Assists in all aspects of application testing. Including: administering, tracking, organization, & bringing forward suggestions to maintain continuity between entities; Prepares candidate & new hire packages in a clear & consistent manner; Assists with scheduling & coordination of interviews, including any necessary travel; Coordinates all onboarding activities including pre-employment screenings, background checks, occupational health appointments, new hire paperwork, new hire trainings (i.e., BLS), & new employee orientation; Facilitates bidding process for collective bargaining positions (i.e., prepares posting folders & spreadsheets, collects & enters bids) while working h&-in-h& with Labor & HRIS; Creates new employee files in accordance with CCHC standards to ensure set compliance standards; Creates & posts content on an ongoing basis to CCHC?s recruitment/careers presence on various social medial platforms, promoting the employer brand, highlighting career opportunities, & attracting & engaging new candidates & current employees; Participates in departmental projects & initiatives to ensure engagement with our current team members (i.e., Wellness Cart, Social Media photo opportunities, etc.); Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: College degree with 2 - 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education & experience; Strong attention to detail & superior communication skills; Proficient organizational skills; must possess ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to effectively communicate, but verbally & in written format; Advanced computer skills with experience working with Microsoft Office applications & applicant tracking systems. Schedule Details: TEMP, 40 Hrs. per week, Mon-Fri, Shifts: 7:30a-3:30p, 8a-4p, 8:30a-4:30p, 9a-5p, No Weekends & Holidays.
