McCall Ltd (Rec2Rec) are working with a technology recruitment agency based in Austin, Texas. Due to growth the agency are looking to hire 180 Sales Tech Recruitment Consultants - they are open to specialism (permanent or contract) paying 65k - 85k pa DOE + commission.

This role is not suitable to Delivery Consultants or Account Mangers.

The agency provides permanent and contract staffing solutions to technology businesses from seed to Fortune 500. You'll have the opportunity to work with the next wave of exciting and innovative businesses within industries such as Autonomous Driving, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Robotics. The agencies specialist teams are collaborative, supportive and fun to work with and you will be working alongside some of the best headhunters and top performers in today's marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Actively source sales opportunities with cold clients and win new business
• Manage the client's needs and expectations
• Maintain strong relationships in the market
• Proactively attack the market opening new vacancies and closing business
