Advertised Job Summary
A Recruitment Coordinator is sought to work closely with the Project Coordinator and
field data collection team to ensure that valid and complete data are collected from the
~1,500 subjects participating in an NIH-funded study of colorectal cancer screening. The
study involves recruitment of human subjects and collection of personal monitoring (wrist
actigraphy) and anthropometric data, as well as the collection of human biospecimens.
In addition to excellent interpersonal communication skills, the position requires an
understanding of regulatory requirements for human research, recordkeeping,
scheduling, report preparation, and related research activities. The Recruitment
Coordinator will establish and maintain frequent contact with the Project Coordinator,
clinical collaborators, Principal Investigator (PI), project faculty and staff, and study
participants.
Qualifications
Master's degree in related field and 1 year related experience, or bachelor's degree in
related field and 3 years related experience.
