Recruitment and Tours 70%Coordinate and supervise the on-campus housing tour program including a housing tour center, permanent tour showrooms, satellite locations, daily campus tours with Enrollment Management, group tours and special tour requests in support of occupancy goals, guest experience expectations, enrollment goals, and athletic recruitment. Ensure an LSU-centric and seamless tour process from online registration to follow-up communication. Hire, schedule, train, and supervise student staff, student team leads, and one graduate assistant for the call center, tours, and administrative desks. Serve as the departmental representative at Enrollment Management recruitment meetings. Support recruitment and retention efforts with summer guests in collaboration with the conference services team.
Events 20%Plan logistics for prospective-student recruitment events and collaborate with the communications coordinator to staff events where current students are the primary audience. Present housing information on housing tours.
Administrative 10%Serve as building coordinator for the Housing Tour Center in the Old President's House. Coordinate the communication team's golf cart schedule. Perform the duties and responsibilities of the manager in her/his absence. Coordinate departmental projects as requested. Attends administrative staff meetings. Assists in large office projects and other duties as assigned.
