My client is a Financial Services firm that offers a fast-paced, welcoming, and friendly environment.

Looking to bring on a Human Capital Management Coordinator. This is an opportunity to be involved with the Recruitment process from start to finish, people operations, offer process, HR projects, onboarding, etc.

Job Scope:

• Schedule interviews across different time zones
• Manage candidates through the recruiting, offer, and background screening process
• Working in Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse
• Provide administrative support to the People Operations team as needed
• Coordinate logistics for campus recruiting events and in-office Sell Days
• Schedule behavioral interviews and partner with the Learning & Development team

Onsite Tuesday-Thursday

Bachelor's Degree Required

Looking for 1-3 years of HR/TA experience within professional services
