We love what we do, and we are committed to excellence in our work.The Position:As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting with a variety of tasks for our Recruitment and HR Department.
  • Create and open job postings in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other online platforms.
  • Review and short-list resumes based on position requirements.
  • Support in scheduling interviews for Recruiters.
  • Disposition applications with proper status based on candidate's stage in the process.
  • Draft candidate offer letters.
  • Assist with maintaining up-to-date records and notes in the ATS.
  • Create flyers and social media posts to attract applicants and keep online engagement up.
  • Oversee and monitor our company reviews on various online job platforms.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing efforts by running searches through LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Help with career fair registration, marketing collateral, event preparation, and post-event data/information compilation.
  • Update templates and other recruitment materials when requested.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

  • Must be a team player who takes a we over me approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
  • Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel).
  • Experience working in an ATS/HRIS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with job posting platforms and social media is also a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, hospitality, sales, or customer service.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Associate's Degree required.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual Dexterity: frequent fine motor skills.
  • Near Vision: minimal near vision.
Environmental and Safety Factors:
  • Weather: work is primarily indoors in a temperature-controlled office environment with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including uneven and slippery surfaces.
  • Noise: frequent exposure to typical office environment noise levels including conversational voice levels; infrequent exposure to high-volume office equipment (e.g., shredder).
  • Pace of Work: great, multi-tasking/pressure paced environment.
  • Driving: exposure to environmental and safety conditions related to operating a motor vehicle, including the possibility of bodily injury related to motor vehicle collisions.
