Role Overview
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the search execution process, collaborating with the search execution team to coordinate and manage projects for successful outcomes. Acting as the primary liaison for clients and candidates, this role oversees scheduling interviews, arranging travel, managing due diligence processes, and ensuring timely communication. By balancing detailed logistical coordination with proactive problem-solving and effective communication, the Recruitment Coordinator ensures the success of each search from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistics for executive search and advisory interviews (phone, video, in-person), ensuring timely confirmations and feedback
- Serve as a trusted partner to partners, recruiters, clients, and candidates, fostering strong relationships and delivering professional, responsive support
- Coordinate and produce all materials required for the execution of a search, including drafting position specifications, developing target company and candidate lists, preparing progress updates, and assembling candidate presentations
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, process documentation, and manage correspondence with confidentiality and accuracy
- Identify and implement efficiencies in scheduling and recruitment workflows
- Coordinate multiple calendars for panel interviews and provide meeting moderation as needed
- Handle travel arrangements and expense processing as needed
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Must reside in the Charlotte metro area with the ability to work from our SouthPark office
- Experience supporting senior professionals in executive search
- 4+ years of experience in executive search
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and coordinating logistics across multiple stakeholders effectively
