Location: San Francisco, CA 94103

Duration: 6+ months, with possible extension

Shift: Normal Business Hours

Pay rate: $30.41/hr. - $32.41/hr. on W2

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. This role is 100% scheduling-focused and involves supporting high-volume, global recruitment efforts. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the candidate experience, acting as the main point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly.

Key job responsibilities (Duties):

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinating interviews, travel, and accommodation arrangements as needed.
  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling, including phone screens, video conferences, presentations, and virtual onsite interviews.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding interview status and ensure clear communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to stay organized and assist the recruiting team in managing a high volume of tasks.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates, acting as an ambassador for the company's culture and values.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively address challenges to ensure interviews and scheduling run on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of work experience in coordination, customer service, or a candidate-facing professional environment.
  • Experience in high-volume scheduling or recruiting coordination preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional yet friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adjust to shifting demands quickly.
  • Proactive in anticipating and solving issues before they arise.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborative and personable with a focus on supporting the team's overall goals.
  • Able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
