RESPONSIBILITIES
Management Responsibilities – Leading the Team
• Effectively manage the business unit you're responsible for.
• Adapt your leadership style to different team personalities, lead and inspire by setting high standards, and show high energy and passion.
• Effectively managing performance, conduct, standards, and metrics.
• Ensure all Monthly Energizers, MIPs, QBRs and other reviews are held by the Managers in your team.
• Conduct promotion meetings with your team members and support them through their promotion journeys. Have team members get promoted regularly.
• Conduct appraisal meetings with your team members.
• Effectively manage performance within your business unit.
• Develop and successfully promote people in the team making sure succession plans are in place.
• Analyse team performance and offer/act on solutions.
• Set and create quarterly business strategies for delivery planning, forecasting and other deliverables.
Management Responsibilities – Strategy
• Be responsible for the commercial development of the unit – market share, growth area and growth clients.
• Be responsible and evidence growth of your business unit, both in terms of market share and team size.
• Be responsible for the internal hiring processes and the growth plans for your business unit. Be actively involved in hiring people into your team and sign off on new hires within your business unit.
• Evidence effective succession planning within your team.
• Work successfully together with the Client Partnerships team on client development, being hugely involved in the CDM and its success.
• Host monthly meetings.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with the Leadership Team.
• Keep HiBob up to date for your team, as per the company standard.
• Follow company strategies and demonstrate the success of your working methods.
• Be involved in companywide strategies.
