We are seeking a Recruitment / HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative recruitment campaigns: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies using social media, compelling advertising and networking
  • Community engagement: Represent ARDEX at local career fairs and engage in outreach with high schools and colleges.
  • Collaborative hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
  • Candidate management: Conduct preliminary interviews, manage the applicant tracking system, and coordinate the interview process.
  • Compliance & coordination: Ensure recruiting processes comply with legal requirements, conduct all facets of the onboarding process per applicable country as background checks, i9s, new hire onboarding documents, employment verifications, application forms with absolute focus on attention to detail
  • New hire integration: Prepare training schedules and conduct orientations to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum 1 (one) year of recruitment and interview experience is essential
  • Minimum 1 (one) year of HR experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws is essential
  • Experience with HRIS systems is essential; ATS experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail and precision in maintaining accurate records
  • Proven organizational skills; able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confident, effective and engaging presenter
  • High levels of self-motivation, initiative, ideas, and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong team player: collaborates effectively with a diverse team across different locations
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Minimum completed high school with applicable work experience is essential. Associate's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or related area is preferred.
