We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee our recruitment team, ensuring the seamless execution of all recruitment operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in recommending optimal recruitment software, imparting effective interviewing techniques to the team, and managing our talent databases. The ability to prepare comprehensive progress reports on recruitment campaigns is essential.As the Recruitment Manager at Remoteli, you will be expected to stay informed about the latest developments in employment law, assessing their impact on current recruitment procedures. Making informed recruitment decisions and exemplary communication, management, and problem-solving skills are key attributes we are looking for in the ideal candidate.Recruitment Manager Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance current recruitment procedures for increased efficiency.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting procedures.
- Provide supervision and guidance to the recruitment team, evaluating their performance.
- Actively participate in industry events to network and build professional relationships.
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and plan for future talent needs.
- Review and select appropriate job advertising options.
- Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed.
- Conduct interviews with job applicants, creating a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.Recruitment Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software.
- Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
