Your New Opportunity as the Recruiting Manager:

The Manager of Recruitment oversees all recruitment and retention activities. They support and advise hiring managers and the recruitment team, develop strategies to attract and retain staff, and manage the selection processes and wage recommendations for new hires and internal changes.

Your New Role as the Recruiting Manager:

  • Develop and manage recruitment strategy, including attending events to increase the organization's visibility.
  • Create an organizational recruitment plan and budget to address short- and long-term recruitment needs.
  • Update position descriptions and HRIS system.
  • Develop benchmarks for return on investment and generate reports with key metrics.
  • Identify recruitment priorities based on community needs and market readiness.
  • Stay updated on changing rules and regulations related to recruitment activities.
  • Gather data to track reasons for employee exits and develop retention strategies.
  • Oversee HRIS recruitment process, onboarding of contract staff, and tracking turnover data for future workforce needs.
  • Support VP of HR for other assigned duties.

Your experience as the Recruiting Manager:

  • Master's degree required.
  • Minimum of seven years of previous healthcare experience required with healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills required.
  • License or Certification Requirements: Recruitment Certification preferred
