POSITION PURPOSE
Develop, manage and monitor the placement process of medical professionals through the Recruitment Team. Provide leadership and support to the recruitment team by developing new strategies and processes to improve the entire team. Engage and interact closely with the recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes, including negotiations, retention and overall customer service through the recruitment lifecycle.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's degree .
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Recruitment and Management knowledge in a high paced recruitment environment
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1+ years of recruitment management or related field
3+ or more years of related experience in Healthcare recruiting or related field.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Required.
Sales Force Experience Preferred
