Job Description:

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and executing recruitment strategies, overseeing a team of recruiters, and personally driving the recruitment of high-caliber talent by making placements as well. As a Recruiting Manager, you will balance leadership responsibilities while continuing to contribute to hands-on recruitment efforts, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:( Including but not limited to)

Recruitment Leadership

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Resolves issues for clients, associates, branch personnel and field staff
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet recruitment goals and KPIs.
  • Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure
  • compliance (Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, I-9, E-verify, Legal, WOTC, etc.)
  • Manages the office profitability
  • Accurately communicate branch and individual performance metrics to VP of Operations

Hands-on Recruiting:

  • Actively participate in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for key roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, particularly for high-demand positions.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand the nuances of each role and ensure the recruitment process meets expectations.

Team Management & Development:

  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to the recruiting team to enhance performance on a weekly basis
  • Set and monitor individual and team goals to meet hiring objectives and improve team productivity.
  • Ensure that recruiters are utilizing the best sourcing methods and technologies to find top talent.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1+ years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of positions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Experience working with ATS systems, and recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary Range: 65-75k with bonus opportunities
