You will drive marketing, optimize resources, shape external communications and social media strategy.You will also develop strong relationships with key external and internal partners and stakeholders ensuring the ATSG brand promise is followed through all phases of the recruiting process.What you will do:
- Partner with sub business teams to align on hiring initiatives and talent attraction efforts
- Manage online employer reputation by developing and executing scalable strategies across internal and external channels
- Provide and implement recommendations to the recruitment marketing strategy to improve recruitment tactics, social strategy and ensure hiring initiatives are engaging and build brand awareness in the talent market
- Execute outreach programs that engage and build career awareness with community/education groups, educational institutions from pre-k to college, and government agencies focused on workforce development.
- Regularly analyze, review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to improve results and make recommendations as needed
- Execute multi-channel marketing activations and understanding of metrics and how to adjust strategies and tactics to increase engagement and conversion
- Partner with other members of the corporate marketing team to develop content across company location to further engage potential candidates
- Thought partner to sub business leaders to ensure on boarding initiatives are engaging and match candidate expectations
- Travel is required to support recruiting events
- Other marketing duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications required
- Past work experience in marketing or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and/or social media marketing
- Ability to professionally communicate while speaking to large groups or one-on-one with individuals
- Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design/analysis
- Experience with recruitment marketing and branding tools
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships
- Self-sufficient and can work with little direct supervision
- Track record of achieving results that contribute significantly to the business
- Sound business judgment with solid planning, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Functions within a marketing team with various roles and responsibilities that support multiple companies and processes
- Experience with project management software for progress and communication of projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Teams Environment
- Ability to apply general graphic design principles/software to develop marketing collateral and content
Preferred skills:
- Minimum of 1 year marketing experience preferred in talent acquisition
