Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Solutions Consultant to join our team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels in lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients through diverse channels, including networking events, social media, industry platforms, and direct outreach.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client recruitment needs and challenges, presenting tailored solutions from HireHint to meet those requirements effectively.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and promoting long-term partnerships.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the companys CRM.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with HireHints internal sales and recruitment teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful execution of recruitment solutions.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency in the U.S.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.
- Proven success in identifying business opportunities and developing strategic sales approaches.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms to track and manage client interactions effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
