Job Description:Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements, mainly for Blue Collars (Warehouse Operator, Production Associate, Technicians etc).Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills.Recruit and identify suitable candidates from various sources.Search available job boards, databases, and recruiter networks to identify highly qualified candidates.Screen potential candidates by telephone to establish compatibility with minimum qualifications and to determine candidate interest.Responsible for aspects of the recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing and selection of security clearance qualified candidates for various job levels.Use various recruiting methods to advertise posts and publicize vacancies.Manage candidates from initial contact through placement in such a way to establish a long-term relationship.Set up consultant database for future requirements according to the skill set.Requirements:At least a minimum of 2-5 years in Light Industrial recruitment space (full cycle).End-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, job offer, negotiating, onboarding, and closing of candidates.Strong background in handling technical requisitions.
