Job Description:

The Auditor Recruitment Specialist will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of auditing professionals. This role focuses on ensuring that new auditors are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed, while continuously improving recruitment and development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and onboard auditors for various programs.
  • Collaborate with managers to address hiring needs and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and organize recruitment events.
  • Research online platforms to expand recruitment efforts.
  • Draft and post job descriptions in partnership with HR.
  • Refine and enhance screening and interview processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training programs, and auditor qualifications.
  • Track and support auditors' progress through training and development plans.
  • Update internal systems and auditor records.
  • Assist in planning and executing company meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.
