The RecruitMilitary Sales Development Internship is a 1-year, full time employee position, designed as a partnership between our firm and you! The goals of the partnership are these:

This role will be remote, (unless you are in our HQ location of Hampton Roads, VA)
Sales Development Internship Representatives, (SDRs) go through a training program designed to build your professional sales and sales system management skills so you can excel as a professional B2B sales representative and beyond. The 1-year program will consist of initial training followed by a normal, rotating work/training schedule. This schedule will consist of active selling and skill development, balanced with regular and ongoing weekly training & development. The program will teach the latest in Inside Sales skills including:
• Utilize state-of-the-art sales technology systems
• Develop and hone professional B2B selling skills
• Leverage the latest resources for sourcing new business opportunities
• Leverage marketing tools and resources
• Perform inside B2B sales outreach
• Perform needs analysis
• Business development techniques and best practices
• Negotiation Skills
• Schedule management for optimizing sales performance
• Tips and best practices on how to succeed long-term in a high-performing sales career
• Negotiation skills

Other requirements for the Sales Development Internship Representative include:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
• Strong initiative with sales “hunting” aptitude
• Ability to be direct and have difficult conversations

• High level of coachability
Compensation• Base Salary: $36,000/Annually
• Commission: 10% on all sales
• Estimated 1 Year Internship Earnings: $45,000-$50,000
