And submit proof of identity and employment eligibility.JOB DESCRIPTION:This position will be responsible for administering and managing a variety of Economic Development incentive programs to achieve the Department's goal of encouraging private and public investment to revitalize residential neighborhoods, commercial and historic urban core areas. This position requires collaboration with government agencies, community stakeholders, and developers to ensure successful project execution, compliance with regulations and alignment with community goals.Primary responsibilities include: This position will help to develop and oversee the housing redevelopment initiatives, revitalization of historic urban core areas, collaboration on land bank properties and administration of the Unified Government Small Business Grant Program. Support day-to-day operations of department under the direction of the Economic Development Director and Land Bank Manager. Additional responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Economic Development, Planning, Real Estate or a related field and two years of related program experience r in the field of or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Knowledge of various Local and State development incentives. Required skills include: Project management, researching, reviewing, and analyzing data for decision-making purposes, facilitate communication and collaboration amongst various stakeholders, prepare and present reports, proposals and project updates.
