Refreshment Clerk II - Crispin CenterSUMMARYCandidates will be preparing/serving food, operating cash registers, and interacting with the public regularly. Candidates will be primarily scheduled to work in the Crispin Cafe refreshment stand & OglebayOutdoor Pool refreshment stand. Candidates may be scheduled to work in food tents during special events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service Guests in a fast and professional manner.
- Accurately and efficiently prepare food and drink orders.
- Operate cash register and provide accurate change to cash-paying customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace. Various cleaning duties will be assigned at the beginning & end of shift.
- Candidates will be scheduled to work in 2 locations at the Crispin Center: Crispin Caf refreshment stand & Oglebay Outdoor Pool refreshment stand.
- Candidates may be scheduled to drive a golf cart for beverage service on the Crispin Golf Course and other areas of the park for special events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Personable and professional
- Basic math skills necessary
- Candidates must possess or attend training to obtain a valid Food Handler's Card
- Driver's license preferred
- Maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a pleasant personality and have the ability to work with the public. Must speak effectively before groups, guests, and coworkers. Food service experience helpful. Schedule is all shifts, including holidays and weekends. Candidates should expect to work consistent weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
