- Service and Maintenance:
- Perform service on refrigeration systems in, commercial, and industrial locations.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure proper operation of refrigeration units.
- Install and maintain compressors, fans, contactors, dryers, control boards, etc., thermostats.
- Inspect and troubleshoot problems with existing refrigeration systems.
- Operate safely at heights using ladders, rooftops, man-lifts, and scissor lifts.
- Lift and carry equipment weighing 50+ lbs as required.
- Repairs and Inventory:
- Execute emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain an inventory of replacement parts, ordering as necessary.
- Compliance and Miscellaneous Duties:
- Adhere to company and industry safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Proficient with hand and power tools, brazing, thermometers, and pressure gauges.
- Strong mechanical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering quality work and being part of a supportive team.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship completion is preferred.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Supermarket refrigeration experience is a plus.
- Certificates and Licensure:
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification (CFC).
- Other requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check.

Work Schedule
- Full-time position with potential overtime
- Flexible scheduling and dispatch from home.
- On-call rotation for weekends and one weekday every other week, offering additional earning potential.
