Field Regional Manager

This position will support the Great Lakes region and has flexibility on where it is based in the region.
Job Summary:
The Regional Field Manager will be focused on building and maintaining a highly motivated and results driven team representing our client to facilitate the completion of specific Ford/Mercury/Lincoln vehicles needing repair. This position will manage and provide daily oversight of the MarketSource Recall Specialists and will report to the Program Director.
Essential Functions:
* Develop, implement and maintain a regional automotive team.
* Recruit, hire and retain high performance individuals dedicated to achieving airbag repair targets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Ford Regional and Market Area teams.
* Consistently seek to deliver continuous improvement to deliver exemplary results related to KPI's and metrics.
* Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with the Ford teams.
* Closely monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback.
* Provide program oversight and direction with a client centric approach.
* Drive performance of team to satisfy and exceed program goals and objectives.
* Constantly evaluate performance against expectations.
* Develop and implement processes and measures to drive performance.
* Ensure all activities are being completed and recorded correctly on a daily basis.
* Work closely with client to provide weekly market feedback and sales performance summary.
* Provide analysis for ad-hoc executive management reporting.
Supervisory or Management Responsibility/Decision Making Level:
* Manages and directs staff including recruitment, selection, and development to achieve Company goals and objectives.
* Ensures effective control of targeted results, and takes corrective actions to guarantee that achievement of objectives fall within designated guidelines.
* Establishes and maintains business relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners within the client's organization.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
* Demonstrated record of successfully working independently in the field.
* Minimum of five (5) years documented track record of success managing and holding accountable a remote field team working independently.
* Solid understanding of Dealership Fixed and Variable Operations preferred.
* Experience in community relations and or canvassing preferred.
* Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing programs and projects; delivering successful results.
* High tolerance for ambiguity demonstrated in the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs.
* Demonstrated leadership, motivational and influencing skills.
* Ability to create and deliver presentations to small and large groups.
* Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Willingness and ability to travel overnight (approximately 3 weeks per month).
Additional Job Requirements:
* Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.
* Performs additional job duties as assigned.
* Ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently.
