This role is critical in expanding their customer base, driving sales growth, and establishing strong relationships with key military and law enforcement stakeholders. You will be the face of of the Company in your territory, ensuring their products reach the hands of the warfighters and first responders who rely on them.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the Western United States territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with military and law enforcement agencies, understanding their equipment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Travel frequently within the territory to meet with existing and potential clients, ensuring high engagement and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Report sales activities and results to senior management, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and tracking progress toward targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to ensure Company remains at the forefront of the market.Requirements:
- Military veterans strongly preferred with a solid understanding of military culture and tactical needs.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a related industry or with government contracting, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of tactical gear and government contracting preferred, but not required.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the military, law enforcement, or government contracting industries.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.Key Traits for Success:

- Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding $100,000 per year.
