Job Description:
Overview

American Management Association (AMA) is looking for Regional Account Managers - in Saranac Lake, NY, who will sell AMA products & services (i.e., business skill seminars, webinars, e-Learning, etc.) to existing and prospect corporate customers.

Highlights:

  • $45k to $50k base salary, plus bonus

  • Comprehensive on-boarding and training included
Responsibilities
  • Achieve stated monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Initiate sales contacts and campaigns to targeted customers to generate revenue
  • Conduct training needs assessments, research available options and recommend appropriate training solutions (seminars, online learning, webinars, etc.)
  • Execute corporate marketing strategies for new business acquisition, customer retention and account development
  • Actively maintain and grow individual and company relationships by providing exceptional customer service and developing additional sales opportunities
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and prospect new customers to continue to grow the business
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to effectively manage leads and accounts
  • Other related duties
Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent required; college preferred
  • 2+ years of inside sales/account management experience preferred
  • Can-do attitude and curiosity to learn is required
