About the Role:
Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Regional Application Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within a specific territory. This exciting position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong sales acumen. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and target key accounts, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with marketing to capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Technical Sales Support: Leverage technical expertise to engineer customized label solutions, provide technical training and support, and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Onboarding Sales Opportunities: Identify and qualify opportunities, develop project plans, and ensure successful project execution.
- Sales Operations: Utilize Salesforce effectively to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and optimize sales efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 3+ years of relevant industry experience (equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered)
- Proven sales experience and ability to drive lead generation and customer acquisition
- Strong technical background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
