Regional Assistant Intern
: Job Details :

Location: 10250 Constellation Blvd, Century City, Los Angeles, US (3 days working in the office)

Responsibilities

Business Planning

• Assist VP to effectively follow up the relevant projects, make sure the effective deliverable within specific timelne, and coordinate multiple resources to acheive the results
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and insights for business planning
• Develop visualizations to analyze BIGO LIVE's in-app data, evaluate performance, and identify actionable insights to support the preparation of business forecasts, and performance reports and other presentations

Corporate Planning

• Work closely with different departments, including but not limited to coordinating and organizing management meetings, taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting materials and reports and following up with action items, etc
• Provide project management support in coordinating with different departments to ensure the overall project timeline and goals are achieved
• Act as the key POC to coordinate with cross-regional projects if necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree above
• Extensive experience in project management and data analysis is a must
• Proficient in SQL and Excel(such as index/match, count/sumifs, vlookups, pivot tables etc)
• Must be proactive, fast-thinking, self-starter who can own and lead projects
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zones
• Solid knowledge about the Internet users, market trends and major social platforms
• Able to learn on the fly and is comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytic skills; Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics and marketing data
