As a full-time Regional Banker/Teller Regional Resource team (RRT) member, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, based in Hunt Valley, MD to support multiple branches in PNC's Northern MD Retail Market.Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $40,040 - $52,250Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Job DescriptionManages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. From a variety of customer interactions, participates in proactive sales and service activities and identifies referral opportunities.Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
