Regional Billing Office Coordinator Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Regional Billing Office Coordinator to join out Aquacare Physical Therapy billing team. In this role, you will manage essential billing and accounts receivable functions, including posting payments, submitting insurance claims, reconciling accounts, and maintaining efficient communication with office staff, patients, and third-party carriers. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and a thorough understanding of healthcare billing processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and revenue sources.
- Post patient and insurance payments accurately and timely.
- Submit claims to state, federal, and third-party payers.
- Reconcile accounts daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Communicate billing updates with staff and management.
- Maintain records and ensure accounts are resolved or escalated appropriately.
Skills and Qualifications:
