Job Description Sales Goal Achievement: • Achieve individual revenue goals in your multi-state territory of accounts by consulting with the owner, building strong relationships with the Network Educator and other stylists, and implementing sell-in and sell-through strategies for each salon account. • Grow account revenues through in-depth consulting and analysis, such that accounts will graduate into higher levels of consulting support provided by Bb. • Assess and make recommendations to management for discontinuing relationships with current salons that don't meet Bb. criteria. Teamwork: • Collaborate and coordinate with field sales counterparts (Regional Business Executives (RBCs) and Director on regional events, projects, and situations. • Actively participate in the success of the team. • Participate in monthly team meetings, directed at creating and implementing strategy for team's success and brainstorming ideas for further growth. • Participate-in-weekly one-on-one meetings with Leader and monthly team developmental meetings. • Work on client challenges resolution. or complaints Administrative Responsibilities: • Responsible for processing and following-up on all telephone orders from salons, including communication with warehouses to ensure shipping and receipt of client orders.
Experience:
- 3+ years customer support, business-business inside sales
