Krazan & Associates is currently searching for a Sales Driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our Clovis, CA team to help organize and implement strategies for Krazan's marketing, business development and customer engagement for our northern California offices. Our ideal candidate is experienced, innovative, and collaborative who will focus on driving growth to achieve measurable outcomes. This is a sales-driven position requiring active business development/sales skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a senior level marketer, responsible for gaining market share in the public and private sectors. Ensuring maximum exposure to new and existing business prospects.
Duties include:
Mentoring local business development staff
Actively Seek opportunities for the firm within the public and private sectors
Develop and maintain a strong business network
Active participation in client organizations; representing the firm to clients, peer organizations and business associates.
Development and implementation ensuring maximum exposure to new and existing business prospects for our offices.
Maximizing exposure to existing clients in addition to identifying and targeting public and private sector clients requiring site development engineering consulting services.

Position Requirements:
7+ years' experience in business development, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods
Ability to take ownership of new marketing initiatives and successfully bring in new clients

Pay Range: $69,000-$85,000 annually
