We are currently searching for a highly motivated, results focused Regional Business Leader (RBL) for our South-Atlantic Region. The RBL will coach and inspire our Territory Business Manager team to support our Diabetes and Cardiovascular products. Accounts and customers are a mix of endocrinology offices to heart failure clinics, and office-based HCPs. This role will be responsible for meeting and exceeding regional sales goals to support the upcoming launch of new T1 Diabetes agent & ongoing growth of our Cardiovascular Product. Execute our brand strategy while demonstrating our corporate values of Integrity, Innovation, Respect, Transparency, and Ownership.

Our Regional Business Leader is field based and will reside in their assigned region. Ideal locations would be: Northern Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina.

Job Summary:

This position will act as an integral member of our Commercial Sales Leadership team by delivering sales results through developing and executing strategic business plans.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Building, leading and ongoing coaching of a team of 7-9 specialty sales professionals. Inspires, and motivates Sales Specialists to succeed in a hybrid environment & meet or exceed regional sales goals.
  • Utilizes knowledge and internal resources, such as market data and analysis to shape regional business plans and to provide insight and guidance to territory plans to drive business results.
  • Develops strategic customer relationships with Endocrinologists, Cardiologists/Heart Failure Specialists, as well as P&T Committee member.
  • Works cross-collaboratively with Field Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Operations, and other matrix partners.
  • Ensuring team accountability to all systems and reporting requirement, including call reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years pharmaceutical sales experience is required. A minimum of 5+ years specialty sales experience is preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years sales leadership experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Previous launch experience preferred
  • Experience in delivering business results.
  • Experience in Diabetes sales is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, including employee engagement, coaching and accountability for results
  • Ability to develop strategic long-term relationships with customers aimed at helping patients and achieving business results
