The Regional Supported Living Specialist position offers a blend of flexibility and mobility. This dynamic role allows you to work across multiple locations, and we provide a company vehicle for your travel needs!

As a Regional Supported Living Specialist, you'll support our expanding direct care services from Fond du Lac to Green Bay. You will assist with personal care, medical needs, relationship building, and financial management to help clients live their best lives.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: $19/hour, $21/hour for emergency pickup shifts
  • Sign-On Bonus: $250
  • Company Vehicle: Use for all work-related travel, parked at home (for work purposes only).
  • Paid Travel Time: Compensation for travel to and from work locations.
  • Flex Scheduling: Rotating shift-based schedule based on program need. Every other weekend off with three consecutive days off (Saturday to Monday).
  • Full-Time Benefits: $0 deductible Health Insurance, 401k plans, paid time off, and more.

What We're Looking For:

  • A desire to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • A valid WI driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and proof of vehicle insurance that meets CLC's standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience necessary-we provide all required training.
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and meet driving record standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals with daily activities.
