Job Description:Cambria is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Product Representative (non sales) who is passionate about providing exceptional service to support end consumers and business partners. This role requires a skilled problem-solver that can identify, mitigate and manage product claims. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, critical thinking abilities, attention to detail, and develop a deep knowledge of our products and services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure resolution to claims through collaborative efforts with our business partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support and service end consumers, business partners, sales and operations team.
  • Manage and develop in-market Field Service Technicians including monthly ride alongs.
  • Support the sales team with onboarding new business partners on Cambria products, services, systems and resources available to them.
  • Participate in Cambria Fabricator Appreciation Events to educate and share industry best practices to support their business.
  • Analyze and report market trends on product and business partner performance to improve quality and services.
  • Participate and present at quarterly business meetings and market events.
  • Travel within the sales region when requested by the Sales team to participate and support business partner meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong attention-to-detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to problem solve and apply logical reasoning to provide solutions to customers and business partners. .
  • Proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize actions with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Sales acumen to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Previous management and leadership experience.
  • Technical aptitude with project management skills.
  • Prior experience in service roles, construction and/or manufacturing is a plus.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or prior field related experience. Experience: 1-3 years account and/or claims management experience.Previous Supervisory experience is a plus.Systems: Advanced computer technology skills, Google Suites, knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM.Managerial Requirements: Manage assigned Field Service TechniciansAdditional Requirements:Travel Requirements: Up to 25% in market to business partners and other Cambria Sales and Distribution Center locations, valid driver's license.Physical Requirements: This position involves office work, travel, and the frequent use of technology. Must be able to lift 50 pounds of Cambria samples and products.The US base salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position across all US locations.
