Summary:

Grow census and billable hours within New Jersey. Establish and meet growth targets in current clinics and contribute with the CEO, COO, and others to identify areas for growth based within and in addition to your region. Support clinical location selection and growth strategy and lead a cross-functional team to increase census across settings of care.

Essential Functions/Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Grow census and billable hours within New Jersey. Establish and meet growth targets in current clinics, and contribute with the COO and others to identify areas for growth within and outside your region. Support clinical location selection and growth strategy and lead a cross-functional team to increase census across settings of care.
  • Help shape the organization's clinical vision to ensure the highest quality of treatment for as many children as possible who would benefit from ABA therapy.
  • Develop clinical plans and be responsible to operationalize care for all patients within the region. Ensure adherence to clinical Policies and Procedures in compliance with the regulations of every state where patients are treated. Be fully responsible for clinical excellence.
  • Review, monitor, and evaluate treatment integrity of clinical teams to ensure optimal implementation of treatment protocols.
  • Take leadership of a case management model to innovate on ways to support families in advance of intake, access additional resources and make relevant environmental changes during ABA treatment, and follow up with families after discharge to ensure effective generalization after ABA.
  • Guide and collaborate with HR to recruit and hire BCBAs with the skills and sensibility to contribute to the vision.
  • Be a thought leader in the ABA community – develop and maintain relationships with thought leaders and relevant external stakeholders to improve our quality of care and extend our reputation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Required.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience after BCBA certification and at least 6 years of ABA industry experience.
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Must pass a background check upon hire.
  • PHD preferred

FLSA Classification:

Exempt , No billable hour requirement.
