Now Hiring: Regional Clinical Director· Must be willing to travel through North New Jersey including Union, Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Passaic, and Morris counties.· Must have RN license and experience in LTC/SNFOverview: Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Clinical Director to join our growing team in the North New Jersey region. This newly created role is an addition to our organizational structure, designed to enhance our clinical leadership across facilities and support our commitment to quality resident care.Key Responsibilities:· Provide clinical oversight and direction to facility-level Directors of Nursing (DONs) across assigned facilities, ensuring alignment with Complete Care's standards, goals, and compliance requirements.· Develop and implement clinical quality initiatives aimed at reducing hospital readmissions, enhancing patient outcomes, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.· Ensure clinical policies are current, compliant with state and federal regulations, and effectively implemented across all facilities within the region.· Collaborate with Risk Management to proactively address clinical risk factors and develop mitigation strategies, minimizing liability and enhancing resident safety.· Prepare facilities for Department of Health surveys and audits. Provide on-site support during surveys and assist facilities with developing corrective action plans if necessary.· Monitor clinical KPIs, identify trends, and report findings to executive leadership. Make data-driven recommendations to improve clinical performance and resident satisfaction.Qualifications:· Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey· Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional role· In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, clinical standards, and best practices in skilled nursing and long-term care settings· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills· Ability to travel regularly within the North New Jersey regionWhy Join Complete Care?Complete Care Management is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and support for our employees.
