Job Title: Regional Controller PCD Travel Retail Americas

Location: Miami - USA

Reports to: TR Americas Controlling Director

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and secure all financial reporting in the region: Preparation of budget and revisions in accordance with Dior HQ guidelines and deadlines.

  • Follow up of budget, forecast and strategic plan (Actual vs. Budget analysis)

  • Assure P&L monthly closing in coordination with Central team in SJDB. Prepare and perform business unit monthly financial statements (IFRS) and manage Regional P&L in multicurrency environment.

  • Sales Analysis: Create, build, consolidate and follow up of retail & product panel to track the brand sales. Alert both the commercial and marketing teams in order to identify opportunities, propose action plan and improve performance.

  • Coordination of back office activities between Miami, SJDB & Subsidiaries: Invoices, advance payments, PO process, supplier registration.

  • Provide all necessary analytical support to the Regional Director and commercial team including analysis of profitability by customer, negotiations and other commercial actions in order to optimize the allocation of investments and to be in accordance with brand management needs

  • Supports the decision making process on investments to assure resources are correctly invested

  • Careful control & search for constant optimization of the expenditures at the regional level

  • Mater and develop information systems and tools to improve current processes and support organizational changes

  • Responsible for compliance of the region with internal control guidelines from HQ

  • Regional P&L: strong emphasis on Revenues and OP targets on an annual basis

  • Sell Out, Sell In, Market share evolutions, DSO

  • Regional compliance with internal control guidelines of the LVMH group

Academic background and experience

  • MBA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of proven successful experience in financial management, with ability to work on a multicultural environment and within a diversified structure

Language skills

  • Fluent English a must, Spanish highly recommended, and French helpful
