What You Can ExpectAs our Head of Real Estate, based in Houston, TX, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of ENGIE Real Estate (RE) and Facility Management (FM) strategy, ensuring adherence to ENGIE's Global Workplace Guidelines, and promoting sustainability workplace practices across the entire Region/Country perimeter. Your role involves optimizing the current inventory of facilities, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and fostering synergies while prioritizing internal client satisfaction. Additionally, you will deliver projects, build plans on local projects following Global guidance, and facilitate the presentation of local projects at the Instance Immobilizer. You will manage and monitor operational projects, collaborating with Global architects and local RE teams. Your responsibilities will include the local implementation of ENGIE Real Estate policies, ensuring alignment with Global Services (GS) objectives, and managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) at the country level. Additionally, you will be accountable for monitoring and reporting on both operational and financial performance. You will provide a customer view, supervise occupation, organize billing, and consolidate RE+FM+Fleet data. Managing FM activities at the country/region level, you will prioritize and plan local projects, endorse the successful implementation of FM's policies, and report to the Head of Group FM on operational and financial performance. Similarly, for Fleet activities, you will apply the same logic as for FM activities. In your role, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, community leaders, and various service providers related to facility and fleet management, ensuring alignment with company and community objectives.
What You'll Bring - You have a minimum of a accredited bachelor's degree from a four-year university
- Minimum of ten (10) plus years of experience in Planning, Development, Management, and/or Evaluation of Projects and Administration
- You are proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Suite, Power-BI, SharePoint, MS Project, and other project management tools. Additionally, you are fluent in English, and proficiency in Spanish
- You have strong presentation skills and proficiency in using presentation and database management tools
- You have Real estate experience, optimizing lease terms, and maintaining sustainable, inclusive, and collaborative workspaces
- You are Proficient in facilities management, safety, and business continuity processes
- You have a Proven track record in strategic planning, change management, and project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously
- You enjoy working directly with Senior Leadership, effective communication, and influencing skills

- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
- Must be available to travel domestically / internationally up to 20% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
CompensationSalary Range: $150,000 - $216,775 USD annually This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
