GENERAL PURPOSE: Provides direction and accountability for all operational related services provided within Sports and Entertainment. Regularly visits with local management teams and clients to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements. This position will report directly to the AVP, Sports & Entertainment and will serve as a member of the executive team. Must be available to conduct account audits as arranged by the AVP, Sports & Entertainment. Responsible for all business and operational functions including recruiting, contracts, account operations, budgets, client relationships, prospects, capital equipment, and staffing fulfillment. - Regional oversight over the following states - Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado and New Mexico.
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the division's operational function and performance.
- Participate in the development of the Company's plans and programs as a tactical partner in evaluating and advising the impact of long-term planning and regulatory action on the areas of responsibility.
- Develop credibility for the operations by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, proposals and business trends in the multiple operational areas in order to assist the President and ownership in performing their responsibilities.
- Establish credibility throughout the division and with ownership as an effective developer of solutions to operational challenges. This would include the assessment of out-sourcing of the various activities and functions if such external support would be the most effective method of providing the proper level of services at the appropriate cost.
- Provide technical/professional advice and knowledge to others within the various operational areas and discipline.
- Advise, negotiate, manage and administer all contracts into which the division may enter. Counsel with sr. leadership on financial matters associated with the financial viability of entering into such contracts.
- Evaluate the operational structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals.
- Continual improvement of the budgeting process for S&E operations through education of managers on budgetary issues impacting their budgets and ongoing account performance to the budget.
- Evaluate the present and future needs for capital purchases, owned or leased for the division.
- Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company's operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.
- Evaluate and maintain all vendor and subcontractor agreements to ensure compliance and proper fulfillment is being met, which is mutually beneficial to the subcontractor and or vendor.
- Determine the needs for, assess the viability of internal or external sourcing of, and manage the ongoing provision of activities and services for staff fulfillment, recruiting management structure, billable management, contract compliance, bid and proposal processes.

Branch Managers/General Managers Account Managers Site Supervisors MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location. Required Education or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in several of the operational areas and at the highest level of a company
- Demonstrated knowledge of event and security operations, contract negotiation, and budgeting.
- Evidence of ability to work autonomously using sound judgment reflecting strong customer service orientation.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree.
- Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in several of the operational areas and at the highest level of a company.

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to the President and outsiders.
