At the heart of this venture lies a 140-seat fine dining a la carte restaurant, helmed by a renowned NYC culinary partner boasting James Beard awards and Michelin stars. Your role demands exceptional planning, project management acumen, a robust restaurant services background, and unwavering dedication to crafting a unique, unparalleled experience. Key Responsibilities:- Strategically plan and lead operations, aligning with Key Performance Indicators.- Unify the team's vision, set priorities, and communicate clear agendas and strategies.- Formulate and execute SOPs to optimize operational efficiency, profitability, and quality.- Financial oversight of the contract and operations.- Exemplify ownership qualities for superior customer service at every touchpoint.- Recruit, train, motivate, and nurture a skilled management team and hourly workforce.
